[access-uk] XP Help and Support Centre

Unlike most list members I am a Hal user. Even with the latest version of Hal
(6.01) I
find the XP Help and Support centre very difficult to use. With luck I may
ultimately get
to and read the information I want, but only after much time and effort.
I would be interested to know how users of JFW or W-E get on with it. I have
read and
re-read the appropriate chapter in Sarah Morley's "Windows XP Explained" to try
and
improve my understanding of the interface, but with little improvement in my
performance.
There is such a vast amount of information there and yet I seldom use it.

Any comments would be much appreciated,

Douglas
