[access-uk] a nokia e 5 question or 2

Hi
On my nokia c5, I set shortcuts to some apps such as notepad
and they are on the desktop if you call it that of the
phone, I cannot remember how I did it but where do I find
the function to create shortcuts on the nokia e5 please?
Does someone know the number for the battery for the e5?
