Hi All
Any views on the following issues please.

When we need to buy training on use of our computers, screen readers etc
we can buy this training on a per day basis.

Ok now lets suppose we have 2 people wanting to learn same things.
If one of them was totally blind, (hearing blind) and the other was
totally
blind deaf, I would think the one that is hearing blind, would learn far
more
in a day, compared to the deafblind person because of the communication
issue. Should a service provider make an adjustment to allow for the
deafblind person to have more time, without extra costs?
If no, then consider the fact that when a blind person takes
an exam they are usually allowed more time compared to sighted
students taking same exam. Because, it's accepted that to access the
exam
paper may take longer compared to the sighted.

Regards, Derek
