I'm currently using newsgator www.newsgator.com and finding it really
userfriendly. at present I only use the free web interface but there are
pay for add-ons such as read your feeds in Outlook. they've recently
made a few changes to the structure of the service making it even more
accessible - I particularly like being able to gather feeds in to
folders and sub folders and then quickly wisk through all stories in a
given category without evening having to be aware of which source they
came from. you can also archive stories of interest in your clippings
area.

previously I used accessible rss reader but found it very unstable once
you subscribe to more than 15 or 20 feeds.
