Hi.
The iPod touch is an excellent and accessible internet radio. However,
though there are a few FM dongles/iPod controled radios, I'm not sure
how accessible these are when used with the iPod, so I'm not sure
whether your desire for FM would be accessible. Obviously, this
applies to the iDevices as a whole, though if I were just after
internet radios, the iPod would probably be my first choice. There is
also the Iris

but this is specialized and I don't believe it does FM.
I hope that's of use.
