HI Billy,

In control Panel, Settings, security center. When you land in here, you
should be placed in the resources area, but if not simply tab to it. Once
highlighted instead of hitting enter, arrow down 5 times to the "change the
way Security Center alerts me" link, and click on it. You'll now be in a
dialog with checkboxes for Firewall, Virus Protection, and Security updates.
Select the ones you want, press enter, and you're done!

hi guys, It is possible to stop the Windows Security Centre Alerts from popping up. I want to use Norton alerts instead. Billy
