[access-uk] alliance and leicester internet banking

All,
Anyone on the list using internet banking with alliance and
leicester?
They have recently modified their site and, as far as window-eyes
is concerned, broken it.
Would like to know if anyone has contacts at a and l who may be
able to do something. The help desk did not know what a
screenreader is.
A shame because their accounts are nearly always in the best buy
tables and it was accessible before they messed it up.
Interestingly, the bits that do not work are not included in their
demo, namely the pass word entry fields.
