Hi Billy

To speak to someone at Amazon, contact Customer Services on 0800 496 1081.

If you don't have a printer, but need to run off a label, your only choice
would be to get someone with sight to read the label info on the screen and
write that onto a label or envelope so you can attach it to the parcel.  But
even then, I think there is a barcode, so take advice from Amazon if you speak
to someone.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Brown

Subject: [access-uk] amazon returns?

hi guys, I'M having an issue trying to return an item to amazon.co.uk
Seamingly, you must at one point print out a return label for the item in
question.
The problem being, I don't have a printer on my system.
Wondering if anyone has come across this problem?
Hope someone can advise me in this matter, Billy
