Hi Carol. ?123 that is, question mark 1 2 3. Forces the browser to load the current page as apose to your internet service providers cache of the page. ISP's cache popular websites to increase their loading time. That's the only switch I know of but there's bound to be others... I was given this by a techy a few years back.
