[access-uk] audio described channels on sky

hi folks, for anyone who needs to know, a lot of the sky channel numbers
have changed and that includes the numbers for audio description. here are
the
new numbers for the 4 main audio described channels:
bbc1 974
bbc2 989
itv1 or channel 3 993
channel 4 994.
think channel 5 stays the same but didn't think to ask.
