Try getting Netflix to get their nut around the concept of providing
Audio Description. They just don't have a clue about it and claim that
they already have films with Audio Description and when I asked the
lady can you clarify what Audio Description is and she went blank and
started playing guessing games. We've got no chance with Netflix
because they aren't willing to provide the service and that's why I
closed my account with them. People in the VI community have gone
great lengths to get them to include AD but they won't have it.
