I'll second that. I've been on broadband with them for about 2 and a half
years and have rarely had a problem.
I even spoke to a Tech Support person once (miracles!) and they were very
good at diagnosing a problem at my end.

I have used Wanadoo, formerly known as freeserve, for years and I have had little or no problems. I am still using dial-up but I am shortly changing over to Wanadoo broadband.

I was thinking of changing my ISP because I have become increasingly unhappy
with plusNet in recent months. getting connected to the internet is a
nightmare and once I do get connected there is no assurance I will be

UKOnline. which is the best to go for from these 2? or is there another even
