There's an accessible podcatcher at the same site that carries the
accessible bbc listen again player. I don't know the URL, but I'll bet the
player is about as accessible as you can get. Perhaps someone has the URL?

I use Juice, which used to be called IPodder until Apple objected. I'm sure
there are lots of places to grab it, but I got it from

. I use it without sight and have no problems.
