No, not Steve, I know. So far, from the complaints that we had,
were only on this list. They were also only with outlook.
Therefore, I'm guessing its the receiver, as the braille sense
and the braillenote, reads them fine, as well as IPhones, and
everything other than outlook.

Steve are you saying it depends on which version of
outlook used, as to whether we can stop blank messages.
Is it down to the sender's software or the receivers.
