Hi John,
The latest release of the Book Courier firmware does support Daisy files.
As an MP3 player, I find it more than acceptable, especially with a decent
pair of headphones. The unit comes with a 128 mb compact flash card and
will take cards up to 2 gb in size according to the website. It's very
straightforward to operate and the software for transferring files is a
breeze! Have a look at:
http://www.bookcourier.com
where you can read the user guide and any other information you want.
Failing that, come back to the list with any more questions and I, or
someone else, will be glad to help out. I've had my BC for just over a year
now and wouldn't be without it!
Cheers,
Sandra.
