[access-uk] cant import or find csv file to wlm

hi folks
im trying to import a backup of my contacts to wlm 2011. the backup is a csv
file but when i try to import to wlm or directly to windows contacts i cant
find the file there is other files showing up but not my contacts file. any
suggestions would be great. many thanks.
