Mark, try the View, Sort menu option. You can sort by name, date and other criteria that way. To reverse the order, do the same again.

I am using windows vista and some time ago I managed to change the order of the documents in the documents folder. I didn't want to do this particularly and now cannot remember where I did it. If someone can help I will be very grateful.
