Well, not sure if this is the answer but in tools>internet options>programs page, the first check box is to make IE the default browser. tick that check box, restart IE and choose to make it the default when you get asked the question. I have loaded the 32 bit version from all programs and then looked in tools and options but can't find a check box to make the 32 bit that is the running version the default. Can anybody help please.
