If you changed your mind and wish to return it, not only will you lose the
postage cost of it being sent to you, you will also have to cover the
postage cost of the return.
If you select one of the return services such as collect+ or amazon locker
then they will reduce your refund by a set amount to cover the cost of the
return.

Hi All, I made a purchase ffom Amazon of a Kindle cover and now want to
return it as I returned the Kindle to the Store.  Do I have to forego
postage paid on the item or might I expect to have this refunded also.  Not
very good at doing on-line stuff so my preference is to contact by
telephone.  Perhaps someone might have a suitable telephone nunber for me.
