Is it possible to take a guess where it might be an label it with the graphics
labeller and then hits the apps key on top of it to do a save?

Hi,
If the image has an alt-tag attribute, i.e. you hear something like "Picture of
a an Apple ipad", hit your apps key on it and go to copy shortcut.
I suspect though most if not all product images aren't alt-tagged, and
therefore it's impossible IMHO to do with a Screen Reader.
