Hi Billy,

I can understand you feeling annoyed.  Do you feel calmer than on the
night in question though?  Do you think you could go in and ask to
talk to the manager about the issue?  It seems strange there was no
phone number and it would be good to talk to them about the problem.

They certainly shouldn't be using the accessible loo for storing
things - that negates the whole point of an accessible loo.

As for the key issue - sometimes people say they don't want to have to
ask for a key; and since the staff there don't understand the need not
to store things in the accessible toilet they probably wouldn't
understand that some people have invisible impairment which might
cause difficulty for some people asking for the key.  But it does
sound to me overall like a key would be a good idea...
