  Since I did a defrag yesterday I haven't had anymore error report message,

  Hi Debbie, there is yes.

  you need to go to my computer. locate your c drive.  launch the menu by
  right clicking or keyboard equivalent.  go to properties then tab too
tools,
  there's the error checking section that you first come to.  click on that
  botton, make sure you've got the all boxes ticked in that dialogue box.
  press enter and on next start up , it'll scan for you!
