Hi Billy,
I just installed a netgear 54mps wireless router for my laptop, it cost £50
in the control panel in Rutherglen. A couple of things though, make sure you
get the router suitable for your connection, e.g. cable or through a
telephone line, it may be that they do both i'm not sure. My connection is
through cable so my router was dsl. also worth noting found it a bugger to
install, mind you, it would have helped to physically switch the wireless
adapter on the laptop on first!LOL! Also find that the wireless cconnection
is a bit hit and miss, don't know why the connection drops in and out,
possibly asking too much of it? Also billy you can buy 11mps routers at
around £30 but as they say, " you only get as good as you pay for!"
