Hi Tony
If you have WiFi, then essentially yes. When you set up your Dot, what you
need to do is turn it on, wait a minute or two, then go to WiFi settings,
and click on the Amazon icon it brings up. Then you go back to the setup
screen on the app, or in your case, the website, and type in your WiFi
password when prompted. As I have said before, I used the app specifically
for that, then used the website thereafter. I have heard it can be done
solely from the website, and as long as you know where to go on your PC to
find the Amazon Echo icon in the settings, it should work. If you are
unsure though, contact Amazon Customer Services unless anyone else can
verify this.
