Hi Wendy, What I normally do if I want to know if the item is buy it now is to start a search for an item, then do a "control F" to search for the keywords "buy it now" If the item you searched for is available as a buy it now product, the buy it now search will be a link. Hit enter on the link and all the items that are for sale as a buy it now item will be displayed. I don't use the compare link, I usually troll through the list and decide for myself if it's a good bargain or not. HTH Jim. ----- Original Message ----- From: Wendy Dundas To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, December 30, 2005 1:45 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: ebay website Hi Jim After searching there's a thing called "compare items" which I assume lets you look at the items side by side when you tick the box. Is this something that a jaws user would be unable to do? Also how do you know if something can be bought now or is a bidding item? Thanks for your assistance. You can try it out without registering at first, just to get used to the lay-out. One thing to watch for, is in the search box are the words "Start new search" you have to delete these words before you enter the keywords you are searching for, Good luck. Thought I'd ask before trying it out. Thanks. Wendy Wendy Dundas
