Okay quadroople tripple tap copys the whole text but how I select only the
middle portion of the email?

My favourite method of copying text on i OS is to use quadruple triple tap
which has the affect of copying the last phrase spoken to the clip board.
When you are in the edit filed field you want to paste into you need to
change the rota to edit and then swipe up or down until you hear paste and then
double tap.
