[access-uk] eudora 7

Hi I  am trying to use Eudora as windows 7  doesn't support outlook express.
My problem is that I  can't send messages, they end up in the outbox and just 
sit there.
Also I  don't appear to have a  sent items folder.
Help would be welcomed.
