[access-uk] excel auto recovery

Hi when i am working in excel i keep getting the error message saying that
there has been a fatel error and the auto recovery for this session has been
disabled. How do i stop this and what can be the cause of it. I have been
into the tools and options and made sure that the auto recovery is turned and
still i get this message. Any help will be welcome.
