[access-uk] file sycrenising programme

Hi all
I've tried a couple of file synchronising programmes, but haven't found them
very accessible with jaws. Does anyone know of a good programme to use.
I basically want to be able to automatically update my up so be storage drive
with anything that I download on to my pc. If I download a programme, or MP3
to particular folders, I'd like the folders on my up so be storage drive to be
updated, in case of yet another pc crash.
Is there anything out there that will work for me.
