  Hi Fran,

To make it easier to get to the audio description channels:
  1. There's a combo box that defaults to "All Channels"; change it to
"Entertainment".
  2. Tab a couple of times and activate the Search button.
  3. Once the page has refreshed, activate the link to "List Channels by A-Z".

You'll now find that BBC One London is within the first 10 channels
displayed.

If you use the "Next 10 Channels" link a few times, all the channel 4
variants will be listed together, including 994 and 995 for audio description.

Press the "Next 10 Channels" link a few more times and you'll get all the ITv
channels, including 993.

As for using an IPod Touch, well it takes quite a bit of getting used to.
The first couple of weeks were quite frustrating, but now I wouldn't want to be
without it. Perhaps you could ask more specific questions about the Touch on
another thread and get more feedback from other users.

  HTH.

yes that would be great if you can tell me how to access the audio
