Hi Ibrahim,

In the BookSense it is stored in internal memory not the card, thus allowing
you to swap cards and still use Audible.

All the best

Steve

Hi Fran.

There should be a devices menu in the Audible managed software, the option to
activate your device should be in there. If you use the standard booksense,
all data relating to Audible including your Audible activation key is stored on
the card, so if you've used the card in another device or some such, the
audible key might have been corrupted. Either way you will have to reactivate
before you can listen to your books again.

All the best, Ibrahim.
