Ok this is a stupid question but is your Braillesense updated. I'm
sure you know that the Hims products and the apple devices were broken
at one stage. Also make sure your firmware is the latest. Ok, I'm not
saying you didn't do that. I'm sorry you having trouble. I hope you
manage in time.
