Hi. I'm not the moderator or owner of this list, so please do not shoot
this messenger, (smile).
I think our moderator, barry, did clarify an earlier post of mine on
unsubscribing from this list. Seems to amount to pressing the reply button,
putting 'unsubscribe' in the subject line, and I would say, leave the body
of the message blank.
I guess, to quote your website: You feel swamped by life’s complexities...'
No, I'm not in the market for a lifestyule coach, (smile).
