If you go to:
www.gwmicro.com/support
then look for the link for email lists, you will find where
you can join the various lists. I think you may find the
problem you are having with the arrow keys is graphics
related. If you have an Intel graphics on your machine, you
will need to switch off something before you can use the
Window-eyes adjustments via the alt arrow keys. Others who
know much more than me will be able to advise you once you
have joined the appropriate list. Gwmicro have a very
helpful Knowledge base which has articles on all kinds of
aspects of using WE.
