There is a specialist CD-burning application for blind people out there, I
have never used it, but you might want to visit
  www.premier-programming.com.

I would say that Nero 6 is good.

Despite what some people say, Nero Express is qquite accessible. The
trick is to start with Nero Start Smart where you can select the task you want
to accomplish.

The way of doing this is a little odd as it means using left and right
arrow to navitgate through options. I wrote a friend some instructions on how
to do this which I can send if this helps.

      Cheers
