[access-uk] help exporting my Outlook express messages

Hi,
I am in the process of migrating from my old XP pC to a Windows 7 pC and need
to export my old Outlook express e mail ready for when I install a new mail
client on the new pC.
When I run the export messages option in OE I get a failure message saying
failed initializing mappi am I doing something wrong, I couldn't find anything
in the OE help about exporting e mail.
Any suggestions welcome.
