[access-uk] help please web mail again

hi folks.
using windows XP home with W/E 6 . 1
when I log onto sky.com I log in go to email and tools.
all is OK but when I press enter on email this is what I got.
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request
GET /amserver/SSORedirect/metaAlias/sky
.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
IBM_HTTP_Server Server at id.sky.com Port 80
thats from my desktop, when the wife does this on the laptop all is OK and
get into the emails.
on the laptop there is no screen reader.
