Hi,

Are you sure you activated the BOoksense?

Go into Audible Manager with the BookSense connected, press Alt-D for
devices then down to activate. Select GW Micro Hims Products I think it is
and enter, then it should be activated.

If it doesn't appear on your list, Alt-D again and go down to add device and
then add it.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] help with audible please

I have downloaded a book from audible and I am trying to transfer it to my
booksense. Whilst I am transferring JAWS is telling me that it is
transferring, however when I try to access the book I get a message on the
booksense telling me that in order to access the programme I need to
activate audible manager. I have used this card before and have downloaded
other books on to it. I tried to get into audible manager to reactivate but
don't seem to be able, all I get is a list of the books which I have
downloaded from audible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Fran.
