hi all:

recently i've been having major performance issues with this pc, with
windows task manager reporting cpu usage between 80 and 100%. I have
no viruses, and can't think what is causing this. Can anyone recommend
a good accessible tool that can moniter my CPU, possibly telling me
what the offending task/process might be? i wouldn't normally mind but
have got a lot of university work on at the mo, and this isn't helping
in me reading materials etc.

Thanks;
Jack
