[access-uk] help with skype please

Hi
I have got a webcam for skype, I am using the latest
version, the webcam works ok in skype but I cannot access
the button or menu for switching the webcam on and off, all
the video parts of skype are greyed out, probably because
the webcam is switched off. If I go in to tool and options
and video and then change photo in skype I can take a
picture but cannot access the buttons for turning the webcam
on, any ideas please? I am using the latest skype and super
nova 13.03.
