[access-uk] how to get rid or orange

Hi List,
I've had this problem for a while and nowand again I try to get it resolved,
but till now, unsuccessfully.
The problem is then I launch OE I am told that it is provided by Orange.
Now I haven't had Orange broadband or anything for several years and It
annoys me now and then to hear it. I hate Orange, but that's by the bye.
How do I get rid of this?
There is an Orange.ico file in the windows folder, can I do anything with
this file or should I leave it alone?
Help needed and will be greatly appreciated.
