[access-uk] how to make a prog open automatically at start up

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to make a prog start automatically when the PC
starts. I'd like anytime diary to do this and I can't find it in the options
or preferences of the programme itself.
I think it was there as an option during the installation but I didn't think
I'd want this at the time.
Now, I find myself forgetting to look at the day planner sometimes and am
worried to miss important appointments.
Hope someone can help.
I know I could uninstal and re-instal the programme but I'd rather not do
this if it can be helpt as I'm not sure what would happen to the saved data.
