Hi Ed.
I use column browsing to do this. You can switch it on and off from the view
menu and you can choose which columns you'd like, for example, artist and
album. You can then tab into the columns and quickly navigate to the artist
simply by pressing a letter or first couple of letters to get to that artist.
You can then shift tab back into the list and there you will only see tracks by
that artist. Similarly, you can use album as a column and do the same either
for all artists, or, you can first set the artist column to Rush, for example,
and then tab into the album column which will then only show Rush albums.
It sounds more complex to describe but it's really very easy to use and
intuitive.

I'm using JAWS 13 and the latest version of iTunes.
In the view menu of iTunes, I have set it to display as album list. However,
when I either tab or press f6 from the "Music Library Playlist" section of the
tree view, I'm presented with what looks like a list of tracks, not albums.
Is this a JAWS thing or have I misunderstood what's supposed to happen in
album view?
Can anyone suggest what I need to do to get a list of album names and how I
select an individual album, rather than its tracks?
