[access-uk] importing contacts into outlook 2010 from older version of outlook express

Hi,
wondering if anyone knows how I would import all my folders, rules, and the
like to MS outlook 2010 from outlook express. I used to know how to do this,
but 2010 is much different than 2003, which is what I had before. Any help
would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
