Some will not. It depends. The thing to do is to contact RNIB.

 Hi,

The number listed seems to just be a press enquiries number, though
I'm half-tempted to contact them and say I'm writing a piece on web
accessibility and ask for a statement.
Is Martin Lewis contactable anywhere?<div

Hi James,

I can't answer your question, but if there turns out to be no satisfactory
answer, perhaps we could try to get Martin Lewis to make some noise about
it.

Best,k
Clive

Subject: [access-uk] inaccessible contact forms

Hello,

What do top cashback, change.org, and vypr vpn have in common?
They all deal with money, and they all have inaccessible contact forms
and no other way of contacting them.

Does anybody know how to get around the annoying dropdown calendar for
selecting dates, or find a telephone number for anything that isn't
press enquiries for any of these companies, especially topcashback?

Thanks,
- James
