[access-uk] internet settings

Hi,
This is going to sound odd, but I just upgraded to IE 7. I thought I had done
so about year ago, but I guess I saved the setup file rather than running it.
Anyhow, Now each time I go to a new web page I get a message saying that
Internet settings are turned off by default. Internet setting are less secure
than internet settings and then something about clicking on the options menu.
This message doesn't make any sense to me and it is really annoying. Does
anyone know what is going on and how I can get this message to stop popping up?
Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
