Hi.

No, I believe there are a few companies who don't have telephone ordering.
Online ordering is completely automatic, so if you have to have telephone
ordering, you have more staff, and consequently, more overheads.  You would
probably find that those who don't have telephone ordering, sell cheaper,
and I could certainly live with that.  I order on the phone very rarely
nowadays, as you always get an electronic invoice, and a record of what you
order in an accessible format, if you order online.  Order on the phone on
the other hand, and you get some till receipt that you can't read.  Just my
view.

I guess that is a decision that is completely up to the company.  In some
cases they may find that allowing telephone ordering will increase their
overheads and subsequently their sale prices, and that oculd undermine the
whole thing.
