Hi. No, I believe there are a few companies who don't have telephone ordering. Online ordering is completely automatic, so if you have to have telephone ordering, you have more staff, and consequently, more overheads. You would probably find that those who don't have telephone ordering, sell cheaper, and I could certainly live with that. I order on the phone very rarely nowadays, as you always get an electronic invoice, and a record of what you order in an accessible format, if you order online.
