Surely EBay will have some return policy? Particularly when you buy an item

Hi all.
I have a player that was bought from ebay as an iriver H340. A sighted
friend tells me the model number on the unit is a PMP140. This is clearly
not an H340 and it looks like I have been ripped off.
I cannot access the iriver website, so can anyone tell me what spec this
player is, the cost of one new, and if rockbox is able to be installed on
it.
As it was bought for me through a third party, what is the process for
complaint and retribution through ebay?
