HI Alexander,

Once you've clicked on the link to download the software, try accessing the
Information bar with ALT N, and then arrowing through the choices.

This is assuming your running XP SP2, and the popup blocker is the actual
problem.

Hi again Barry and all,

it seems that it is IE that is blocking my download of the 3650 PC suite. 
Since Nokia is not available to talk to until Monday, can anyone else 
through some light on this please?
