[access-uk] jaws help

Hello to all
I am hoping some experienced Jaws user on this list can help .
Using Windows 7 and Jaws 13 I am having problems shopping on line.
We shop with Sainsbury's and since upgrading to 13 have had issues with text on
web pages.
Having found the products going along the line before you get to the quantity
box Jaws reads out a long sequence of letters and numbers.
I have tried taking off forms mode but then you can't enter the quantity.
Can anyone point us in the right direction for the correct setting please.
